At The Catalyst Core Upskilling workshop, we believe every business has a story worth telling. This 4 week hands on digital upskilling workshop is tailored for MSMEs and Individuals ready to boost their creativity and visibility online. You’ll learn graphic design essentials, create social media strategies that work, and build content that connects with your audience. In the final week, we focus directly on your business or your skill level in the workplace. The Workshop will help both Business owners and business who wish to send their teams to learn these skills.

Program Overview

The Catalyst Core Workshop is a 4-week intensive program designed for Fiji’s MSME business owners who want to improve their digital creativity, branding, and marketing visibility.

Through a mix of practical training and strategic guidance, participants will gain hands-on skills in graphic design, social media marketing, content creation, and personalized business coaching.

  • Program Length: 1 Month

  • Schedule:

  • Morning Workshop: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM) plus Saturday Practical Class (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Evening Workshop: 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 5:30 AM to 7:30 pm) plus Saturday Practical Class (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

  • Investment: $950 for the full Workshop

    Capacity: Limited to 15 seats

  • Location: 85 High Street, Toorak

This program is designed to help you turn your business into a brand or your staff into a stronger communicator in design and marketing your business, giving you the tools to stand out in today’s digital marketplace.

What you will learn?

Meet Your Trainer William Lomaloma

With over 15 years of experience in the design and production industry, and 3 years of coaching and training MSMEs, William Lomaloma brings a unique blend of creative expertise and business strategy to every session.

Since beginning his creative journey in 2010, William has worked across multiple disciplines, including Graphic Design, Photography, Video Production, Website Development, Digital Marketing, and Brand Strategy, helping countless brands tell their stories visually and strategically.

As a Business Coach under the Fiji Enterprise Engine Accelerator Program (FCEF), he has trained and mentored over 30+ businesses, guiding them to develop strong brand identities, effective marketing strategies, and sustainable growth practices.

He has also contributed to national initiatives under FCEF, including the Graduate Business Start-Up Grant Scheme and the UNDP Supplier Development Program, empowering local entrepreneurs with skills that drive competitiveness and innovation.

Certified as a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) through the International Labour Organization (ILO), William delivers a hands-on, structured approach to learning, combining creative practice with strategic business application.

The Catalyst Core Upskilling Workshop was born from his passion to provide in-depth, practical learning in graphic design, digital marketing, and branding, empowering MSMEs and individuals to thrive in today’s fast-paced digital economy.
